Refunds for Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, we will gladly offer a replacement. To qualify:
- Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Keep clear photos of the damage and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for the courier cost to return the item to Extrusive.
No Refunds for Sizing Issues
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Lampshades that do not fit your lamp base — all sizing details are clearly provided on the product page.
- Lamps or shades that are not the size expected — dimensions are listed to help you make an informed choice.
